Red Lobster Biscuits

One day Kurt said, "See if you can find a recipe for Red Lobster Biscuits." "OK," I said. So here it is.

RED LOBSTER BISCUITS
2 cups lowfat Bisquick baking mix
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 cup milk
Mix baking mix and cheddar cheese. Add milk, stirring just to combine. Do not over stir, this is important. Let sit for ten minutes to finish absorbing liquid. Gently spoon twelve biscuit on parchment lined baking sheet and baking at 450, 7-8 minutes.
1/4 cup butter
one garlic clove, smashed
dried parsley flakes
salt
While biscuits are baking melt butter and add garlic clove to flavor butter. (5 minutes, at least) Add dried parsley flakes (1-2 teaspoons) and brush over HOT biscuits. Sprinkle biscuits with salt.
Makes 1 dozen biscuits so double it because that is not enough.

Those look delish--I didn't know you ever used bisquick, though. Good thing I have some in my food storage, which, by the way, I am excited to show you!
