Tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina is a school for crafts education. Penland school boasts no steady faculty but a revolving curriculum that depends on the best instructors available. Really, a most wonderful idea, since this provides students with a never ending array of craft subjects and approaches to those subjects. Here are the pictures from the textile classroom.
